Cannellini Bean, Sage and Garlic Crostini

Ingredients (12 - Servings)

  • 2 cloves smashed garlic
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 15 oz cans cannellini beans
  • 1 tbs grated Parmigiano - Reggiano cheese
  • 2 tsp champagne vinegar
  • 1  sour dough baguette sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbs chopped sage


In the food processor combine the beans, sage cheese, and garlic. Pulse until mixture is coarsely chopped add oil and vinegar and process until a lumpy paste.

Place baguette slices on sheet pan brush with oil and season with salt and pepper.

Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.

Spread paste on toasted bread and garnish with sage.
