Fried Green Olives Stuffed with Gorgonzola
- 24 Large green pitted olives
- 4 oz crumbled Gorgonzola
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup flour
- Oil for frying
Stuff the center of the olives with Gorgonzola Crumbles.
Dredge each olive with four. Then dip into eggs and then into breadcrumbs.
Fry in heated oil at 350 degrees until golden. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
